This week is National Feet Week. A week that is dedicated to encouraging everyone to think about their foot health and seek professional support and advice when needed. Problems with our feet can often be an indicator of other health issues yet foot health is regularly ignored, especially by athletes who put foot complaints down to sports related injuries and carry on regardless. So this week we urge you to listen to your feet and see either a Doctor or a Podiatrist if you have any concerns, no matter how little you think they may be.
