As this week is National Breastfeeding Awareness Week we are running a series of breastfeeding related competitions including this awesome giveaway in conjunction with Multi-Mam.
Up for grabs today is a set of Multi-Mam Breastfeeding Compresses and a pink Chilly bottle so be quick and make sure you enter before it’s too late.
The Multi-Mam Breastfeeding Compresses are so easy to use, you simply open them up and place them over the nipple for instant relief. They are perfect for easing the pain so often felt during breastfeeding, especially at the start of the journey when your breasts can be engorged, adapting to milk flow and generally uncomfortable. As well as offering relief from the breast pain they also condition the nipple, reduce swelling and prevent infection.
The pink Chilly bottle is ridiculously cute but as any breastfeeding mum will tell you it is also super useful. When feeding you can often feel like you need a drink of water too so having a bottle handy at all times is a must and these Chilly bottles keep your drink cold for 24 hours. They also keep drinks hot for 12 hours so filling it with hot tea can also be the perfect feeding drink, especially if you often find yourself pinned to the sofa with a cluster feeder and no chance to make yourself a hot brew. The Chilly bottle is priced at £20 and is the stylish accessory every feeding mum needs.

I always recommend a feeding pillow and a wrist band to track which side you fed your baby from last. My friend is expecting her first baby and this would be great for her. We’ve been swapping lots of newborn tips!
