Elements, the new vegan beauty products

There is a brand new range of vegan beauty products about to hit the shelves in Holland & Barrett on September 1st and I’ve been lucky enough to have a sneak peak.  These eagerly anticipated all natural skin and body care  products have been created by the breath taking  Elements Boutique Spa  in Somerset and are bound to be top of everyones Christmas list this year.

There are a number of products in the range which is dived into 4 areas based on the elements  –

Earth products are made from a grounding blend of patchouli, geranium and vetiver to unwind and calm the mind.

Fire products consist of a warming blend of cedarwood, lemon and ginger to soothe and relax.

Air products use an uplifting blend of peppermint, eucalyptus and pine to invigorate and clear the mind.

Water products evolve from a revitalising blend of grapefruit, mandarin and geranium to refresh and energise.

vegan beauty products

The Elements range has been designed based on the feedback from their spa guests. They wanted to ensure that these products enabled guests to continue having the spa day feeling once back home, leaving them feeling calmer and more able to deal with life’s stresses and tough decisions. And I can assure you that the smell alone has mastered that, as soon as I opened the products I was transported to a luxury spa day and just wanted to close my eyes and breath them in. They smell divine.

Having used all three of these products now I can confirm that they are all lovely and I am blown away by their prices as I would expect them to be so much more expensive, especially considering that they are designed by a luxury spa and created using their own home grown plants. Out of the three products I have used my favourite is the facial scrub, it left my face feeling so smooth and soft and I will definitely be buying some more once this one runs out.

The two oils are also really nice, the body oil seems to soak in quicker than the face oil so I tend to use the facial oil in the evenings when I don’t need to apply any make up and I can just let it soak in naturally but both leave my skin feeling smooth and nourished.

In addition to these products being luxurious yet affordable, they are also all vegan and natural, free from SLS and mineral oils, and are never tested on animals. This really excites me as so many people are now becoming more and more environmentally conscious and making changes to their lifestyle and product purchases where possible and having these types of beauty products available for all will make such a difference. And if that isn’t enough Elements are also part of the Bee Friendly Project, meaning the products are created using ingredients that help bees to thrive in the UK. Their borage oil, in particular, is a ‘bee friendly crop’ as it helps sustain a healthy bee population whilst also benefitting from a high yield following pollination. There really is nothing not to love about these products and the brand.

Overall I have been blown away by the elements Boutique spa face and body products and whether you are specifically looking for vegan beauty products or just want to try out a new range I would highly recommend you give these a try and get yourselves down to your nearest Holland & Barret in September.
