I am super excited to be able to offer you the chance to win one of eight children’s meditation books this month.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Last year I was lucky enough to review The Children’s Meditations In my heart with my children and I can honestly say it is one of the most beautiful books we have ever used, so when I was asked if I would like to run a competition to share this book with my readers I was more than happy to agree. To then be told I could offer 8 lucky winners the chance to win a copy was just fantastic.

In my heart was written by Gitte Winter Graugaard and focuses on the calming techniques of meditation, the use of breathing exercises and the ability to focus on the love within a family in order to help your child relax, feel at peace and ultimately fall to sleep with ease.  When I first started using this book with my boys I also found that it promoted the use of their imagination and ability to visualise places in their minds eye which was lovey to hear about when they shared their experiences with me, adding more detail each time.

“In my heart” is a book that is suitable for all ages, it contains 4 different practices that you can alternate between with each one focusing on something slightly different but all around the concept of love and kindness, worded in a way that children can grasp and understand.

For your chance to win 1 of these 8 books all you have to do is enter below and remember to share this competition with all your friends too or if you cant wait to see if you are a winner then you can oder your copy of The Children’s Meditations In my heart for only £11.99.
