I am doing the c9 because I don’t want to see my belly like it was ever again
Days 1-3. Day 1 was the hardest to do purely due to the horrid aloe gel you have to drink 4 times a day. Until I found a way to make it easier to take by adding juice to it. Once I did this I found it much better.
Day 2. I was actually surprised by how easy I managed to stick to this as I don’t have the best will power in the world. I have not felt hungry at all but I think this is down to the huge amount of water I’m drinking….. Which consequently makes you wee a lot too!!!!!! No headaches like I was expecting just a bit tired and feeling less bloated than normal
Day 3 weigh in day. 5lb off!!!!! So pleased and I can finally eat again today. Less gel too… Even better
Day 4. The dreaded cold has got me today so feeling a bit crappy. I haven’t therefore noticed any increase in my energy levels in fact I’m a bit tired. That being said I have noticed my clothes are a bit roomier and am finding it easy to stay on track with the program.
Day 5. Still full of cold but quite chirpy despite this. Have noticed my skin has cleared up quite a bit so am quite pleased.
Day 6. Weighed in today and was quite disappointed not to have lost any weight but I am down another inch round my waist despite this. Fingers crossed more comes off by the end of my cleanse.
Day 7 finding this to be routine now and not really struggling but would love a coffee! Less bloated around my stomach
Day 8 I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. I have been more energetic than usual considering I still have a cold which would usually leave me curled up on the sofa feeling sorry for myself
Day 9 all done and another 2lb off! Would definitely recommend this to others.
